10-22-2023They NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE. I call on the way in, the girl just ignores the phone. Im sick of this place. 3 years and the price goes up every couple of months. They constantly call if you dont pay on time but ignore you. DO NOT STORE YOUR BELONGINGS HERE!!!!

09-21-2023My stepfather passed away so I very quickly had to get my parents things moved out of their home and into this storage unit. When I went to get a unit the alarm in the office was going off over and over and the man working there seemed so confused like he didnt work there a lot and took forever to get me set up. He told me he set me up on autopay but a month later I was told my payment was late. I explained my situation to a woman that was working there and she showed no empathy for my situation and told me my request to waive the late fee would be denied. I sat in my car and called corporate and they were so kind and empathetic and quickly let me know that theyd be happy to waive the late fee for me. I dont understand why I couldn't have received the same level of courtesy from the front desk staff at this location.
