03-02-2024Charissa the manager at this location was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. I made a reservation online, however I wanted to see the unit in person. I was shown two units and I selected one of them. Charissa called the following day to let me know there was a mix up. She rectified the situation immediately to make things right because I went in person to select the unit I wanted. Public Storage you made the right decision to have Charissa on your management team. She ensures that her facility is clean and that each client has a great experience while using Public Storage!
