01-29-2024They send my account to collections i never even rented a space the same day i canceled my reservation. Beware beware beware they will send u to collections over any amount ! Give me a goodwill deletion of this matter now please ! I was told i had no bill in the first place who wouldnt pay 29.00 that is insane ! Please take care of this matter someomes credit is no joke !

12-31-2023The facilities are good but the company keeps automatically raising rates. I've had three rate increases in a one year time frame. $424/mo. This rate is wild and unsustainable for a 20x10 storage unit. Buyer beware. They will raise rates multiples times once you get all your stuff in the units. Public storage has become a monopoly and they are buying out all of the competition while raising the rates. I think I learned about this in ECON 101. Price fixing.

12-27-2023After moving items into unit for only a few months they decided to raise my rent by over $40 a month, again without notice. I will now have to figure out moving my stuff again after only having the unit for 3 months and due to corporate decisions and my contract being month to month they can change it at any time, BEWARE before renting here!
