12-02-2023Very clean facility with easy to access storage units and convenient carts for moving items in and out. However, being forced to buy a lock as well as unneeded insurance is a scam. You have to make an appointment to return the lock you didn't want. You also have to cancel the insurance you didn't want either. Many homeowners and rental insurance policies will cover a storage unit without any additional paperwork or additions to coverage. The lock is an added inconvenience the company hopes you won't do anything about so it's easy money for them; you can get a disc lock for half the price on Amazon.
