02-25-2024My experience today with Ms. Martha was outstanding and remarkable! Forget the 5 stars and just jump straight to the 10 stars! When it comes to her Customer Service she is very knowledgeable, helpful, and overall pleasant! It's very hard to find people who believe in giving their very best the first time without skipping a beat! Kudos to you !!

02-23-2024ERICA NEEDS A LESSON IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, ASAP! First of all I sat in my car and waited for over an hour because the main door was locked. I was just looking to continue my reservation. I tried to open the door twice within the span of about an hour and a half and she didnt budge. A male customer comes to the door shortly after me and she runs to the door with bells on to unlock it. I go in and calmly and patiently wait in line behind the gentleman. She asks me what I want without ever looking up. I told her I wanted to complete my reservation and she then tells me to go do it online! I told her I would rather do it in person and she persists that I need to go do it online. I told her Id rather not and continued to wait. 20 minutes later she tells me I need to go wait outside so that she can service the gentleman. At this point it was clear she had an attitude problem and would continue to give me the run around so I called into customer service. Customer service {hotline} was amazing. Every single person I talked to. I came back to ask her how I can access the lock and she told me she couldnt answer my question because she was closed, after I spent almost 3 hours waiting at this point. I go in with my daughter to start putting my things into storage and I come out to her speaking with the police. She called them, on me! Even the police man thought that she was ridiculous and was laughing while he took her statement. Clearly this isnt the right field of work for her. She lacks people skills and professionalism.
