Ive been using Extra Space Storage for two years and I have never once had a negative (or even slightly unpleasant) interaction with an employee. The facilities are well-kept and I am never concerned about the safety of my belongings. They call me anytime there are concerns about payment and made it incredibly easy when I had to switch to a smaller unit. Paul at the South Jordan location is one of the nicest humans and Im so glad I chose Extra Space.

The facility is clean and safe. I initially used their online rental option and booked my unit within minutes. Paul followed up making sure everything was what I expected. And when I needed a larger unit the following morning, Austin was there to make it happen, finding a unit on the same floor, going above and beyond!!
