02-27-2024This review is for the staff specifically at this Brotherton location and most definitely not for Public Storage as a whole, the corporation, or their policies, practices, and pricing. I worked with Amelia just in the last few days, as well as Ryan back in 2023 (who I understand is no longer there). Both were incredibly helpful and empathetic in trying to navigate the repetitive and excessive price increases imposed by corporate. Ultimately the price increases drove me elsewhere, but Amelia was super kind and helpful upon my move out. She made the transition smooth and I couldn't recommend her any more. Thanks Amelia, know that you're appreciated!
