I would like to say thank you Mrs. Nancy for being so helpful and helping me out with my leasing agreement, explaining everything to me. Showing me the unit, the 'property' the grounds are very well tooken care of 'clean' and most of all, being nice friendly and courtesy, I really do appreciate it thank you! Parking is comparable to a drive-through at a fast food restaurant. Except, most times moving trucks are blocking the key box to where you cant even do that; drive-through. When bought by public storage in November 2023, traffic at this awfully laid out facility increased significantly. Worsening an already bad problem. Cant get in this place, can't get out. Whats worse, I signed up in September for $86 and my rent is scheduled to increase a whole $27 at $113, 5 months after signing up on February 1. Throw away the $1 deal to keep prices fair monthly. I cant afford $27 increases every 5 months (more than 2 increases annually) as i need storage long-term. The money will obviously not be going to the employees as raises, and obviously not toward parking improvements. In fact, they should give me $27 each month for having to deal with this headache-of-a-place to access. Theres absolutely no convenience of this place other than its downtown. Also, homeless people sleep in this place. Sometimes i arrive and dont even go inside the building because homeless and suspicious looking people are already lingering inside. Which i dont expect when i dont see vehicles outside. Its actually pretty scary. So i come to this place and am inconvenienced even further just by coming and not going inside to do what i came to do. I hate this phically poorly structured place/location, and also public storage in general. Both are nuisances.
