03-01-2024I just left this place and literally just walked out. My husband and I went to go see about getting a storage unit there. The lady had such an attitude and wouldn't even tell me the sizes of the units. She kept asking what we are wanting to store, like I don't know yet I'm in the middle of a move. She then started yelling at my husband because he asked if she had an 8x8 she yelled at him saying no I have a 10x10 and then she said my husband had an attitude when he didn't so I said I feel you have the attitude and then we walked out and now at the place right in front of it!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

02-23-2024I recently stopped by to purchase a lock for my unit. I was told that they closed at 6:30, unfortunately it was 6:00. Elizabeth was the late shift worker, already in her car to go home. Not only did she get out of her car to ask what I needed but she unlocked the door and assisted me with my purchase to save me a trip. It was 6:02 at this point. She could have very easily said, "sorry we're closed" but she chose to help me. That is great customer service in my book! Every worker should be more like Elizabeth!
