01-20-2024Overall this is a good storage facility until you need assistance. Heads up they actually close 20 minutes before the listed time. This makes sense, except today I got scolded on the phone by an exasperated manager who clearly thought I should know better. This is in line with all the other rude and unhelpful employees at this site. Great location, terrible customer asassistance.
