Hopefully they address this issue, as the person I spoke to at the call center was very rude and actually hung up on me during our call

12-15-2023Called to try to process a payment had to deal with Amy hanging up on me while I was speaking then called back 3 more time for her to say hello and hang up on me. I don't understand how they charge 300 a month for storage unit you don't have 24 access too and have to deal with rude reps that work there someone should look into this company no one should have to be treated so rude and harshly. When technique if there is no customers there is no need for the business which there is no need for employees
