Let me start off by stating, I have never written a google review, ever, but this time I had to. You mess with my money and Im gonna be furious about it. The other negative reviews regarding this particular establishment, are spot on and of course no one responded back to them! Backstory; we had been trying to move out of a unit for a month now. However, we were told we could not do so, due to Public Storage putting their own lock on the unit. Okay, great, so how do we get that removed so we can be done with this empty unit? All you have to do is come on in ans we can get that taken care of for you , no mention of needing an appointment, time slot, etc. So, when we show up, no one is there, but of course . We call and no one answers, but of course. We play phone tag for WEEKS trying to get this resolved so that we didnt have to pay another month for a unit that has not been used in how ever long. We also now live 3 hours away We FINALLY get someone on the phone today, let them know what the deal is, give them a time that we can be there and they say we are all set. We get there at the time we stated and wouldnt you know, because it is now February, we have to pay for the WHOLE MONTH. However mentioning to this woman who just returned to work today that we have a paper trial of voicemails and phone calls made to this business over the past few weeks, trying to get this taken care of BEFORE the new month rolled around. We even have proof of a voicemail returned to us stating that the women who was to be working the day we wanted to move out (a week ago now which was still January) was not on site when we called, 6 HOURS before. At this point, Im not even arguing with the woman behind the counter, Im telling her facts and she would not have it. We have a better paper trial than a huge business keeps? How is that possible? Is it to prove that you are always right just so you can collect your money? Is that how you stay in business? I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND this establishment to even my worst enemy. GREEDY, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNTIMELY, LAZY, workers. No one is ever on site, no one ever answers the phone, what exactly do you do all day? Twiddle your thumbs, make TikToks? Get REAL! The woman behind the counter actually had the nerve to tell me she was just doing her job. Like hell you are. There are actual crackheads working harder than you are just for a fix.

Public Storage makes renting a storage unit easy! Rachel at the front desk was extremely friendly and walked me through every step of the process. When you are going through something as stressful as a move it is great to know you have someone there that cares!

This facility is crooked as hell I spoke with someone on Monday about my bill been trying since to pay it on line how it has went up and they won't take responsibility for their system not working WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FACILITY HERE AT

Rachel was simply amazing. She hopped in her golf cart during a torrential downpour to help us find our unit and she stuck with us as it started to hail. She went above and beyond. We couldnt have asked for better customer service. Shes a rockstar and the storage unit was also nice.
