03-03-2024I am so glad I decided to put my belongings in storage at this location. Its is so hard to find great customer service that is memorable. Carlito not only offered knowledge about the facility and what would work best for my situation but he was patience with myself and my elderly mother. My mom no longer can live in the house by herself and she now stays with me so we had to put some of her sentimental items away in storage. Carlito please keep up the amazing work and I hope the manager of this location realize how valuable you are for this location. God bless you Carlito and your future. I will be recommending Public Storage at the Cooke Road location to all of my friends and family.
