01-18-2024Revised Review: Since this review I have had corporate get in touch with me to resolve my issues, and I will say they did go above and beyond to handle them appropriately. I very much appreciate that management saw and made a diligent effort to make things right and I thank you. I hope that we may continue to do business consistently into the future.

11-28-2023I have been at this same storage facility for about 3 years now since it was cubesmart. I received an email today stating that rates are going up yet again in January. When I first got this unit I was paying a little more than $100. By this time in January the rates are set to be 170 plus dollars for a small 7 foot by 9 ft unit. If you are looking for a place to store your items I would suggest going elsewhere, as the rates are going up yet the quality of the storage facility itself stays the same or actually gets worse. All the money that they are taking from people especially people like me who have been loyal customers at this particular facility for a long time should be going to improve things however still to this day you never know if the gates are going to work properly sometimes they are stuck open which means your belongings may or may not be safe from random people entering this facility. They never offer any of their customers any kind of special promotions or discounts to try and keep them as customers but they will jack up the rates on you like nobody's business. I guess it's time that I start searching for a new more secure location to store my business merchandise and say good riddance to this facility. It is completely unethical and inappropriate to do this to people over and over again. Again I would strongly urge anybody who is looking for a safe secure place for their belongings to be aware of the other options that are more cost effective and twice as secure as this building has been over the past 3 years that I have been a renter.
