08-12-2024Had an excellent experience renting with Extra Space Storage in Fremont. Initially spoke with a rep over the phone who setup a storage unit for my car. I was then contacted by Lauren who helped in completing and finalizing the unit. When I visited the site, Lauren had set aside another unit which allowed us to drive my car straight in (versus trying to do a multi-point turn and maneuver in an alleyway). She let us to pick whichever one we preferred...the one she set aside was a better option then what I had originally reserved. When I cancelled (moved out of) the unit, Pratik made it simple and easy. Couldn't be happier with the awesome staff.
