01-10-2024Have been at this location for a little over a month, received an email stating my move out process has been completed ( I did not at anytime inquire or request to be moved out ) and called within minutes to get this issue fixed. Was told by the employee working it should be resolved within 48 hours, a week later I'm still receiving zero help in getting this resolved. I have been locked out of my unit which I visit almost daily and have had zero help. It's pretty sad that this is even an issue and is happening in the first place.
