The staff at this Public Storage is highly trained and knowledgeable about their products, making it easy for customers to find exactly what they are looking for. Arie was willing to go above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied and happy with my purchase. It surely shows that Public Storage understands the importance of building a strong relationship with their customers and they do so by providing top-notch service every single time. She took the time to listen to us as customers' and our needs and preferences, and offered personalized recommendations based on our needs. Ari assisted us the entire time with a smile and a genuine desire to help. 02-02-2024Horrible service, paying for climate controlled units but there is no power to the entire facility (and hasnt had any all week)! I was told today by an employee that the owner hasnt paid the bill so they dont know when its going to be back on. There is trash everywhere on the floor and when you call nobody answers or call you back! The door is broken and doesnt close properly! Do not use this facilityor public storage for that matter! Ill post pictures on FB to help save others from this scam of a company!
