They started me off at a competitive rate, and 4 months later slapped me with a 26% increase in fees. Once they get you in, then they take advantage of the fact that it's going to be such a hassle to move to another location.

I had several questions and concerns about getting a public storage space and James was very professional and explained to me in great detail everything I needed to know about the facility, the storage sizes, and made me feel more comfortable about the safety of my items being stored.
