05-13-2025I keep having to change locations due to sharply increasing rent, soon after move in. The business model seems to be that they charge a reasonable rate, then once you're in, they think you'll continue to pay more and more because you don't want to go through the hassle of moving again. *Edit, I do always like the local staff though, always feel welcomed and appreciated. The problem is the corporate model
