01-21-2024I tried getting my belongings out of the storage unit since November, and the door got jammed. took them over 1 month to even fix it. By the time they fixed it wanted to charge me fees and extra rent when I had not access to my belongings for over a month. 2 months later they still haven't given me access to my belongings and are trying to sell my unit. no one calls back and Gale whom claims to be in office is never actually in office. I've left messages for the manager for a week with no contact from him as well.. I am livid that it's so hard to get in contact with anyone unless they are calling you for money. This place is a total scam and I need to have access to my belongings. I have attached a photo of one of the Thursdays Gale claims to have been in office
