03-12-2024Rates went up without notice, there was never a dolly around when we needed one, cleared out the storage unit, and went to the office to let them know, the guy said he would take care of it and we are still getting billed for our storage unit. Too expensive, and nobody's around when you need them or have a question. I do not recommend this place at all!
