02-12-2024John, one of the facility managers was extremely helpful and pleasant after one of our units was broken into. Break-ins are an unfortunate aspect of life, but luckily the process to get back into the unit was painless. Thanks again John!

12-20-2023Clean place but you need to buy more carts. Its unacceptable to only have one cart available to the public. Oh but you have more in the office that I can get with an ID! Great except half the time there is nobody even in the office. Its been months of this now. Plus its nice that you raise the rent on me every few months. Im sure I can get an equivalent storage unit for less elsewhere, which is what I will be doing if this problem isnt fixed
