Kai is absolutely the best. We had to get a larger unit like asap. Kai did everything possible to make this happen for us. We have a few units there and recommend to all our friends. Kai has exceptional customer service, 10 out of 10!

I went to extra space storage to get a unit. I got the unit I wanted and the price was competitive . The personal there were great to work with. Very helpful and wanted to make sure I had enough space to store my stuff. The area was nice and clean also. Very happy with our choice. Thank you extra space .

Im very happy with how I was treated and greeted with a smile . Not like others I had visited in town before I made the decision to put all my stuff I hide from my wife that I buy lol. But Kai I do appreciate you and how you present yourself for that company. I own my business and your a rare find these days so keep up the great work and please anyone reading this dont waste your time shopping around I already did that leg work . And if in doubt go look at the bathrooms on manning road then look how Kai keeps the one there .
