01-29-2024****DO NOT RENT A UNIT HERE**** A 10x10 indoor, climate controlled unit is $175 a month now, when I rented the unit out in May 2023 it was $145. There are other storage facilities in the area for less by the month. Dont get pulled in by the intro price, youll definitely pay later. There is also a $15 monthly insurance charge added in, unless you have your own insurance.
