02-28-2024CJ and Noel were exceptional. The facility was clean and well maintained. The policies and rental agreement was thoroughly explained. I highly recommend this location. The staff are courteous, knowledgeable and highly accommodating. I went directly to this location after a terrible customer service experience at Extra Space Storage on Florida Ave. So to have such a great turn of events really made my day. I want to thank those gentlemen for their hospitality and this facility in general for maintaining high standards of excellence in this industry. KUDOS!
