02-04-2024Really bad customer service. First, we couldn't complete the rental online due to some bogus explanation, had to drive to the office. Second, we were supposed to return locks from the storage unit we didn't intent to use. Third, the put renters insurance on top of the contract although we do have coverage from our home insurance, Fourth, the initial storage unit we were offered had water leakage marks. Fifth, we tried to provide proof of insurance in person at the Fair Oaks office during working hours, but no one was around.
