04-01-2025Family and friends have been customers here for years & I vacated my storage unit mid day on the first of the month. No one was in the office. & Im still being charged for a whole month now even though Ive been out. Silly to have to pay for a whole month if Im out on the 1st. Will not be using this company again especially not this location. No customer service skills from the office staff. Pro rated amounts to get you in the door as cheap as possible , then raise your monthly rent every 3 months.
