THEY NEVER ANSWER THE FREAKING PHONE UNLESS YOU LATE ON A PAYMENT. A LADY WOULD NOT LET ME IN MY STORAGE EVEN AFTER I MADE I PAYED A PAYMENT BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE A LOCK ON MY STORAGE, FINALLY GOT IN MY STORAGE THEY SHE CONTINUED TO LIE AND SAY I VACATED SO THEY ARE TRYING TO CHARGE MY ACCOUNT EXTRA & NOW SAYING IN ORDER FOR MY RENT TO GO BACK TO MY ORIGINAL PRICE I HAVE TO RETURN THE LOCK I NEVER HAD LIKE GO TO HELL DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY OR TIME!! & YES STUFF WAS MISSING AND BROKE OUT OF MY STORAGE AS WELLLIKE THEY WAS JUST WALKING ALL ON MY STUFF & GOING THROUGH IT
