11-14-2023NEVER GO TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE THEY DEFINITELY BE LIEN PUTTING EXTRA CHARGES ON YOUR ACCOUNT THEN TRY TO ACT LIKE THEY DONT KNOW WHATS GOING ON!!! THEY NEVER ANSWER THE FREAKING PHONE UNLESS YOU LATE ON A PAYMENT. A LADY WOULD NOT LET ME IN MY STORAGE EVEN AFTER I MADE I PAYED A PAYMENT BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE A LOCK ON MY STORAGE, FINALLY GOT IN MY STORAGE THEY SHE CONTINUED TO LIE AND SAY I VACATED SO THEY ARE TRYING TO CHARGE MY ACCOUNT EXTRA & NOW SAYING IN ORDER FOR MY RENT TO GO BACK TO MY ORIGINAL PRICE I HAVE TO RETURN THE LOCK I NEVER HAD LIKE GO TO HELL DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY OR TIME!! & YES STUFF WAS MISSING AND BROKE OUT OF MY STORAGE AS WELLLIKE THEY WAS JUST WALKING ALL ON MY STUFF & GOING THROUGH IT

09-29-2023This public storage stole all of my sons exotic Jordan It was an inside job because so the girl that worked there cut the lock off and took everything and my thing is that they were Jordans that were collectibles and they were very expensive they were over thousands of dollars a piece and it was over 100 or maybe 300 pair at the most I'm saying is that I wish that someone in public storage can get with me and my family and fine and get them to the bottom of this and let's get who done it so you'll make your reputation better
