03-24-2024I have a storage here and started off by paying $100 a month it hasn't even been a year and the rent is now $150!!!!! I was late once and they put a lock on my storage so I couldn't get into my things until I paid which I did pay, and then they cut your lock off and make you buy another one from them for $20 when they cost $12 at Walmart!! So done with this place!!!!!!

02-02-2024I no longer needed the storage unit I purchased. I drove to the office, and Jennifer was very helpful in getting my reservation cancelled & processing my refund. Lauren as well was very helpful to Jennifer and walked her step-by-step on how to get it completed. This location has a very friendly & helpful staff. If I ever need a storage unit again, I will definitely come back to this location.
