I wish I could leave a review with zero stars but 1 will have to suffice. I moved into a 10x20 in November 2022. That was 16 months ago from the time I'm writing this review. In those 16 months my rent has increased almost 70% over my original rental price. In those 16 months here is what I've dealt with. No power, not just to my unit but the entire block of units. I addressed ny concern for this when I initially moved in, they told me the power to that building had been cut and they didn't really plan on fixing it. That means no lights inside the unit as well as no outward facing lights for access after sundown. Sometime within the last 2 or so months it appears as though power was finally returned. My unit sits against a tree line. During fall/winter months I would find copious amounts of lawn debris blown under my door by whatever landscaping crew takes care of the property. At somepoint they appear to have pressure washed then painted the building. I can only assess this as I found the 1st 12" of my storage unit under about an inch of water with lots of orange paint flakes that matched the door floating in the mess. They also seem to be renting out the fence line in front of my unit for people to park heavy equipment which heavily restricts access to my door. The final nail in the coffin for my review was moving out. The last price hike was enough. I'm paying just shy of $300 for a 10x20 space, over $300 if you include subscription costs for the GPS locators on the items in my unit. This is the week I'm trying to move out. I received an email in early March stating that maintenance would have access to the property restricted between today (March 25) through Sunday March 31st. I called the property manager to express my concern with being able to get my stuff out and they assured me that they had figured out a way to not restrict access and I would be able to move out as intended, even discussing the size truck I would be using just to make sure I would have room. That was 2 days ago. Today, I showed up after work to find my unit 100% taped off and inaccessible. I tried to concat the property manager as I had a truck en-route to move my stuff and at the time of this review have still not received a call back regarding the matter. They are essentially forcing me to occupy my storage unit through the 1st week of April and I will flat out not pay as its not my fault I can't move out.
surveillance system isnt good in some areas, got my stuff stolen from a vehicle i left parked and cameras do not reach the area where it was
