Update April 3 2024. I need to change my review because Extra Space Storage went out of the way to help me with the price increase they originally tried to do. They have worked with me and gave me a huge favor with how much i need to pay monthly and spent a long time on the phone with me explaining everything that they could do for us to really help us out. We are not very money flush and have little to no extra money to pay any extras. The reason im using a storage unit is i lost my job due to medical reasons then proceeded to loose everything ive worked my whole life for including my home, my mother provided a place for us to stay or we would be homeless living on the streets. Thank you Extra Space Storage for working with us to the best of your ability and we really appreciate everything you have done. Ed Williams I really like the facility but they keep raising the price of storage fees, I think I started out around $111 when I first started and ever year thereafter in 2-3 years my fees went up to the point where it's at $300 dollars. Have they made any improvements in that time that I can see? No they just want to make as much money as possible. I'm gonna end up loosing my things in storage because of this. I cannot keep up with the fee hikes. My advice to anyone looking for a storage unit is to stay as far away as possible from this company

Walked into the office and Deyon immediately greeted me, she was very knowledgeable of units available, prices, showed me 2 different sizes, answered all my questions and made signing the lease super simple and fast. She also was very friendly and funny! Deyon made it a 10/10 experience here!
