Love this facility! It's safe, clean, and well-maintained. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I had a problem I needed help with, and Andrew was wonderful to get it worked out for me. I'll never use another storage facility!

Man, I can remember like it was yesterday. I was freshly divorced, bought a new Subaru Outback (that apparently is a station wagon and not an SUV) and I was towing a trailer to another journey. But, first, I had to put all my personal belongings in storage and I checked a few spots. It was not cheap. But, I was lucky enough to find my guy Andrew D. at this spot and he's been super helpful! I've been with these guys for 4 years. My longest steady relationship since the divorce. But jokes aside, my man Andrew D. has been a super cool dude to work with and he's one of the good guys. Even with the price increases over the years, they have been kind enough to work with me when my finances were not stellar. Solid shop and you should move all your stuff in today and tell all your peeps to drop by and see Andrew D.

Awesome customer service!! Was trying to make a payment through the app, but it was not working. So I called the facility to make a payment and Andrew was AMAZING! Extra Space Storage in Sandy Utah is fantastic! The storage units are immaculate, dry and awesome customer service in front office. Andrew is very customer focused and has always responded immediately to my questions. The front office is very happy place and gave me a great experience with my storage experience. Thank you Andrew!

Storage facility is well kept and maintained. Carts are available at the entrances for your convenience. Staff is very polite and helpful. My only concern is that in a year and a half that I rented with Extra Space my rent was raised 3 times. For a 5x10 with last raise I was paying $130. It's a little pricey. I had to move out.
