03-01-2024Rented a unit and was told my rate will never change. Well it went up anyways and i was told they can't do anything about it. Also there is almost never anyone in the office to pay my rent. Stay away from this place if you can!

Ashanti on Arcadian in Waukesha truly went above and beyond helping with all my questions and ensuring we got the best unit for our needs (type, size, and location in lot). 02-04-2024Another upcharge, 2 years 4th one. Never missed any payments. Now I pay a ridiculous amount for this storage locker. Will be moving my things out of here. The entire experience with this place has been awful, no justification for the upchrages. UPDATE: haven't moved my things been here about 3 years now. Got another increase today. After my last review they called me and offered to review and adjust my rate. Not a hour later I got a email saying they declined it. With this new rate my monthly charge will be $268 for rent and $15 for insurance. Bring this to a total of $283 a month for a 10x20 storage locker.
