01-29-2024I love the convenience of the Public Storage locations. I was very pleased to find secure and safe storage at their facility. I know that they do a very good job of continuously monitoring the site. That is a primary reason for my choice to go with Public Storage. I have two units side by side. I needed a third unit. Sandee the property manager at the location on Hwy 100 off Layton Ave, helped me obtain a third unit...!!! She was great. I had lots of questions, and I was particular about where on the premise my intended unit was located. Sandee was very informative and patient with my decision making excursion. If it wasn't for her I don't think I would have gone through the process...in spite of how badly I desired it. I'm going to recommen Sandee and this location to others. I'll assure them that their time will be respected, their questions will be answered, and their concerns will be acknowledged. I wish all businesses had customer service of this caliber. Thank you Public Storage for making my life a little more simplified.
