02-23-2024I have been renting here for about two years now and today we upgraded our unit. Andrew was on duty and was an absolute delight,very helpful for the sign up and cancelation of our old unit to the new one. He explained everything clearly made sure it processed correctly and was able to refund the lock we didn't lead. Out of all the places I've had units from, I really enjoy the staff. They are always so friendly when I have questions or need something updated. The facility itself is nice, clean, temperature controlled, gated and lots of security to put your mind at ease. Sometimes it can be hard to get a rolling cart but that's at the fault of other renters who take them or hide them. I want to make it clear that is not an issue in the staff so please blesse nice to them if you get frustrated you can't find, they have always helped me find one.

02-05-2024Went to this location because we needed climate control. Traci was very knowledgeable and got me and my husband a unit I love. She showed me a few units until I found the perfect one for my belongings. Facility was very clean. Would recommend this location to anyone.

I have been a customer at this location since 2021 and he was able to as a one time courtesy waive a penalty fee , and helped me take care of online payment for my months bill.
