12-19-2023My wife and I are long time renters here and have been in the area for 25+ years! The recent changes have been much better than what went on in the past! I won't mention any names, but one of the managers from a few years ago allowed a homeless person to sleep in his unit and another renter was keeping stolen cars in the back lot. My buddy works in the car shop next door and it's how we found out. We were going to find another location, but he eventually was relieved of his position and we ended up staying.
