01-31-2024My previous review was taken down so I will post it again. Be careful with outside units. My son moved my items out of my storage and in the process found the skeleton of a large rat. My units door came all the way down to the concrete so theres not way it got in that way. Its only enough space at the bottom for ants and other insects to get in. Therefore, the rat made its way into my unit from the inside. Some of my clothing, shoes and kitchen appliances were chewed on and has rat urine and poop on it. Paying $98 for the smallest unit they offer, you would think they would have pest control come out often.
