02-13-2024I rented a unit here 2 days ago and, other than the first day, have not been able to access the building since. The "security" system says "system offline" and no one can get in. I've tried calling the office multiple times but no one answers. I've gone down there several times during the day and the office is empty. I've called the corporate office and they just say they are sending an email to the manager. This is the worst customer service I've ever seen. DO NOT RENT HERE.

02-08-2024Hopefully this review is posted, it keeps getting deleted. All of my things were stolen within 30 days of storing my them here. Laptops, handbags, you name it. The staff have not done anything about it. They promised to take action. None of which have been done to date. They were either involved or simply don't care.

01-31-2024UNIT WAS ROBBED. Along with several other units on 3rd floor. I do not recommend this place. They still haven't found the people who robbed them. You'd think they had scanned the cameras by now but they're taking it slow. I don't think they care. Do yourself a favor and store your things in a better place!

01-26-2024Tamiyka and Stephen were incredible and very helpful with getting us set up!! They were honest about the nuances that come with renting a unit and all of our questions! We had a great experience, especially after experiencing difficulties with another storage place in this city! They were accommodating and amazing!
