03-26-2024Start up process was easy but the second time I tried to drop off things I was unable to get access to the cart to load and unload because the office is closed during normal working hours. I called the phone number for assistance and they informed me the office worker may be at lunch but had no idea when they would return. Ive sat here for 35 minutes waiting to use a cart. Whats the point of office hours if you cant access the office and lunch hours arent posted? Very frustrating waste of time for my day.

03-12-2024I love public storage. And always use their services and facilities. And will continue to do so. But Ive been trying to gain access to my unit at this location and can never get access to it. I need to close it and move elsewhere. Theres never anyone in the office. Even during business hours. I was two weeks paying my unit a few mi the ago and they cut my lock and put a their lock on. I caught up immediately and could never get ahold of anyone to get their lock off so I could put my own. The only time I hear from them is when Im a few days late on my payment. Never seen an attendant in the building nor will anyone ever answer the phone number posted on the front door. I need access immediately.

03-01-2024This location should not be in business plain and simple. Been at this location for a year, only two elevators in the entire building. This building has 4 stories. I have NEVER seen both elevators working. In fact for weeks at a time zero elevators were working. Imagine hiring movers and them waiting for elevators bc there is only one! If there is a single other group moving, youll be waiting 20+ mins for an el vague. I have paid multiple times additional moving hours bc this public storage is run so improperly. This facility should not be able to charge for storage units if it cannot offer the bare minimum, which is functioning elevators. Additionally most of the time there is no one working here so good luck speaking to someone or trying to get a cart which is locked up. The reps here are rude, unhelpful, and literally tell yo Lu its your fault for renting here. Legit dont give them your business.

02-24-2024Both elevators broken & have not been reported to corporate. I do not have access to my unit !!! Just got off the phone with customer service and there have been no reports of broken elevators made from this location. One has been broken for a year and now this week I arrived to 2 broken elevators. They have 2 total so no access to any floor! Is there even a manager on site trying to resolve this issue? I have to move out. Will public storage make me pay a months rent when I have no access to my 3rd floor unit ?
