This storage company was fantastic when it was operated by Simply Storage. As soon as Public Storage took over, we have had nothing but problems. Within the last month, they have mistakenly closed our account and placed a red lock on our unit, all while we have never missed a payment or been late. They didn't provide communication on any of this and we didn't find out until we visited the unit to get something out of it. I have now been on the phone with customer service multiple times over the past 48 hours and have not received a call back from the property manager about removing the lock. We have been customers here for the past 3 years, but due to the mismanagement of the new ownership, we will be canceling our account at the end of the month.

This storage facility is great! Recently moved out to the area and was stressed about where I wanted to rent from. I wanted a unit that I felt comfortable with and was closer to my apartment. I felt like I hit the jackpot with Simply Self Storage! The grounds look really nice! Ashton was awesome and super helpful!

I had to find a different storage facility to rent from as mine was getting too expensive. Ashton was extremely helpful with finding something I could afford & made the process seamless :)) I was left with peace of mind with the thought of storing my belongings here!
