04-10-2024Marvin is the man! Meeting him was my first experience with this place and ever since that moment some few months ago, it's been nothing short of a fantastic experience. This location is SUPER clean, feels very secure and seems safe. The actual storage space looks new and all the doors and locks operate like butter. I really appreciate the level of care and detail taken with this facility and look forward to many more months of storage here.

May 2108 Update: for the past year I have had more than one storage units in this facility and the quality of service is amazing. Tina, the new Manager, has been extremely helpful in finding the best solutions for my family's storage needs. She is very professional and efficient and does that with a smile! She is truly an asset to her company! April 2024 update: In the past two-three years the experience with this Extra Space location has become even better! Amaya, the Manager is simply, great! Not only he knows the ins and outs of the building and suggests the best solutions when an upsize or downsize is needed, but he is a delightful person to deal with. Extremely polite, always upbeat, very patient to answer any questions. A superb professional and wonderful person! It makes my frequent visits to my storage spaces a pleasurable experience! 04-03-2024I recall walking into the Extra Space Storage, located on La Cienega Ave, the morning after finding out that I needed to make rapid adjustments to my living situation. I was not in the best of spirits and am very grateful to have met M. Amaya. Not only did he provide amazing customer service by assisting me in selecting the appropriate storage unit that was the best fit for my circumstances, but also went above and beyond by empathizing with my situation. Providing someone with a tangible and personal safe space speaks volumes regarding his dedication to exhibiting excellent customer service. Thank you once again for all of your help that morning!
