02-20-2024I could not have asked for a more helpful gentleman who was working behind the counter. Great customer service! (It would be nice if the lights worked in the units) Edit, almost one year later: I am currently moving my items to another storage facility. This place has given me 2 hefty rent increases in under a year. No thank you. Also, the two flat tires I have received from different times because no one feels a need to clean the drives; it's not worth it. Try elsewhere. Staff though is still very nice!
