01-15-2024DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! I rented a unit here under the old MGMT there was no problem but since Andrea left it had been terrible. Supposedly my unit was broken into around Christmas they made no effort whatsoever to contact me if it hadn't been posted to f.b by another person whose unit had been burglarized I would have never known anything was wrong after finding out about the theft of my unit public storage was totally unresponsive to me and the new management at this place is a joke and good luck getting ahold of Mr Fred Leonow who is supposedly the GM over the unit he doesn't return calls at all this place is a joke I lost thousands of dollars worth of property and never even got an apology btw the insurance is a waste of money. Don't look for it to pay out in a theft. Who ever robbed me took everything of value and public storage couldn't even apologize. Don't rent here if something happens to your stuff you are Sol no matter what you do yes I filed a police report watch they won't even respond to my post
