Great customer service,attendant was very professional and helpful. The only complaint is with all the extra fees insurance administration fees was told I had to buy a lock from them even when I have the same lock already. I did feel like I was cheated due to my unit being a tad smaller than what I are paying for. (Came from a unit that was actually true to size and our things didn't fit in this on as nicely.)Other than the size discrepancy it's a nice place. Even have rolling carts to help move items to your locker. Well lit hallways. UPDATE: still very Happ with Extra Space Storage the staff is very professional and friendly. We were able to move our things to our own residence so no longer needing rental space. When cleaning out our unit we noticed one box had the slightest bit of water damage. There was one area where there was a rust through spot in the ceiling. Also some of the brick was chipping away on the back wall. It was a lot nicer than our last place so we didn't think to investigate it. So you may want to check the roof and walls better than I did if you are storing important things .

Jeff is super helpful and nice!!! The move in process was very easy and I can come and go as I please during open hours. Everyone has their own code to get on the property. I always felt I was safe. I fit so much in my unit when I didnt think it would even be enough room. Jeff let me know if I needed a smaller unit hed work that out. Definitely be using again when I make my next move

Weve rented a small unit from Extea Space Storage for several years. In the first unit, we discovered a leak, however the customer service rep immediately moved us to another space of same size. We have zero plans to leave this facility. They really take care of us.
