03-17-2025Kenny was such a great help. I had a storage unit in a different location and the site manager at that location was unable to answer the questions I had about my unit as she would only tell me my items were "gone". I asked several times what that meant as I had paid $500.00 to Pay to vacate and did not meet the deadline to remove my items. When I asked about what happened to the remaining items that's the only answer I got from her. I only wanted clousure and maybe hope that I may be able to retrieve my items. With the answer of "they are just gone". I was left feeling so confused. I recently lost my parents, my childhood home, my six dogs and I am probably having a unnatural attachment to my personal items, however, I think I deserve to know what happened to my things. I feel like she could have told me they were going to auction. Why did another store employee have to have the common decency, empathy and compassion to go out of his way to help me? I will tell you why... Because Kenny is a compassionate person with a heart. Thank you so much Kenny!! If I could give 100 stars, I definitely would!! I would recommend this facility to anyone looking to rent one on the basis of Kenny's stellar character. Best Regards, Michelle
