03-02-2024I got scammed out of $80 I will never use public storage again No one to reach out to on weekends for help Not to mention another $44 for my U-Haul ! Either you have what I need or you dont Dont take customers money and say this is all we have !

11-01-2023UPDATE: Public Storage notified me that they went up $48.00 on my unit. Looking at other Storage facilities and seeing better options for larger units. The 5 star review is strictly for Jason the manager. I have rented at this facility for 12 years. Jason has always been professional, kind, patient, personable and very knowledgeable. He goes the EXTRA mile! His customer service skills are spot on even with individuals in various scenarios. I wish he would come to work at my property management company. Jason is an asset!! Since Public Storage has taken over not happy about 1 of the payment options I have been used to for the past 12 years has been removed. It's made it a bit inconvenient for me!! Again Jason ROCKS!!
