01-17-2026Do not do business with the place. Storage unit was broken into and personal items were stolen. Property manager said, "I'm off the clock, call tomorrow." Terrible customer service! Multiple units were broken into. Haven't even been there for a month and this happened.

We just started moving in today after a few days of signing the paperworks and he was in the office available to answer any questions we had. He remembered us without any prompt too! Very satisfied with his customer service and friendliness.
