12-28-2025This is long overdue. I have been wanting to Shout from the rooftops about "SALLY", the very Lovely Lady that runs this Facility. She is absolutely AMAZING. Not only is she always Cheery and smiles often, which is contagious, but also has a lot of patience. I know, bc, I unfortunately tested it, with my changing units 2 times. I was confused with the app coinciding with my codes, billing, etc.. with that said, I must have, what felt like, 20 times over the coarse of 2 weeks. I felt bad, but Sally, always stayed, cool, calm and collected to answer all of my questions. She even managed to smile and end on a Happy thought, every single time. She made sure that I was a satisfied customer until the end, for that I am very GRATEFUL, SALLY. All I could think is her saying what a pain in the rear, I was, calling AGAIN! SHE NEVER DISPLAYED THAT. I highly recommend this place, as Dally will make sure you are taken Care of. Thanks for putting up with my Blonde moments!
