07-24-2025It was nice dealing with MJ this morning. His professionalism and customer centric care is unparalleled. It's so refreshing to go to a business and be welcomed with a smile. At no point did I feel like he was just "doing his job". This man genuinely cared about me and gave me 100% of his attention. Thank you for making my day! Extra Space staff have always been super nice to me, but MJs service needs to be spoken of more.

07-23-2025I have used Extra Space Storage and several different locations around Columbia S.C and I could not be more satisfied. Company is professional and courteous and the facilities are top notch. My latest interaction was with Chris at the Two Notch Road locating Columbia and he was great. Storing my daughters dorm contents for a few weeks and he was nice enough to text me instructions for finding her unit at the facility as it is our first time renting at this location. I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage as it is a well run company and their employees are great.
